This policy applies to two groups of people. Business owners and their teams who use PluraOS to manage their operations. And the customers and leads of those businesses who receive communications through PluraOS.

Business Owners and Platform Users:

  • Account information including your name, business name, email address, phone number, and billing details.

  • Business data including services offered, service areas, and business contact information.

  • Usage data including how you interact with the platform, features you use, and actions taken within your account.

  • Communications including messages, notes, and records created within the platform.

  • Analytics data including appointment counts, lead activity, pipeline stages, and conversion data.

Customers and Leads of Businesses Using PluraOS:

  • Contact information including names, phone numbers, email addresses, and physical addresses when provided.

  • Communication history including SMS messages, emails, and call records exchanged through the platform.

  • Appointment and job information when scheduled through the platform.

  • Review requests and responses submitted through the review automation feature.

  • Any information voluntarily provided through forms or direct communication.

How We Use Your Information:

For Business Owners and Platform Users:

  • To provide, operate, and maintain your PluraOS account and all features within it.

  • To process billing and manage your subscription.

  • To send account-related notifications, updates, and support communications.

  • To improve the platform based on usage patterns and feedback.

  • To comply with legal obligations.

For Customers and Leads of Businesses Using PluraOS:

  • To deliver automated communications on behalf of the business you contacted, including missed call text backs, follow-up messages, appointment reminders, and review requests.

  • To manage your information within that business's contact database and pipeline.

  • To facilitate scheduling and appointment management.

  • To route and track communications across channels including SMS, email, and phone.

SMS and Automated Communications:

PluraOS enables businesses to send automated SMS messages to their customers and leads. These include missed call text backs, follow-up sequences, appointment reminders, and review requests.

By providing your phone number to a business using PluraOS, you may receive automated text messages from that business. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.

Businesses using PluraOS are responsible for obtaining proper consent from their customers before initiating automated communications. Plura Suite provides the technology platform and is not the sender of these messages.

To opt out of SMS communications from a business using PluraOS, reply STOP to any message you receive. To request help, reply HELP.

Call Recording:

PluraOS may include call recording features depending on the business account settings. If calls are recorded, businesses using PluraOS are responsible for notifying callers and complying with all applicable recording laws in their jurisdiction. Plura Suite provides the technology and is not liable for a business's compliance obligations related to call recording.

Third Party Services:

PluraOS integrates with third party services to deliver its full feature set. These include payment processors, Google Business Profile, email delivery services, SMS carriers, and other tools necessary to operate the platform.

These third parties have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data. We select partners who maintain appropriate data protection standards.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Security:

We take the security of your data seriously. PluraOS uses industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Access to account data is protected by authentication controls. We conduct regular security reviews and limit access to personal data to only those who need it to operate and maintain the platform.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100 percent secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention:

We retain account data for as long as your PluraOS subscription is active and for a reasonable period after account closure to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Contact and communications data within your account is retained for the duration of your subscription. You may request deletion of specific records at any time by contacting support@plurasuite.com.

If you are a customer of a business using PluraOS and want your data removed from their account, contact that business directly. You may also contact us at support@plurasuite.com and we will assist where possible.

PluraOS uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain session states, authenticate users, and analyze platform usage. These are necessary for the platform to function correctly.
